2 Prenatal visits, virtual or in person ( includes birth plan, birth place of choice and comfort measures planning)
Informational handouts and community referrals
Wellness coaching for perinatal mental health
Rebozo during labour ( trained in traditional rebozo perinatal care. )
On call 24/7 from 38-42 weeks
Presence at birth (support through movement and positions and utilizing chosen comfort measures)
A descriptive write up of your birth (optional)
Photo documentation throughout labour, birth and early postpartum (optional)
Use of your doula’s TENS machine during labour
Will stay to support you and also help with latching baby for breastfeeding immediately after birth (up to two hours)
10hrs of Postpartum support (within 6 weeks of birth)
